Upgrade 1:
Food arrives on trays/baskets. Includes buffet linen, serving hardware and disposables

Upgrade 2:
All of the above plus china, silverware and white cloth napkins.

Staffing:
4-hour minimum plus travel to and from the site. Staff is billed at $25.00 per hour/per server.
